Spain is a place of sun, fun and fiestas. The climate is mild, the landscape impressive, the history fascinating, golf courses wonderful, villages picturesque and hotels world-class. Andaluc'a is Spain's biggest and most beautiful province. Its Costa del Sol was once scattered with fishing villages but today it is at the heart of the tourism industry, with glamorous resorts, excellent hotels and many activities.

The greatest sports attraction in country is undoubtedly golf but water sports, riding, tennis, walking and cycling are also popular. Travel inland to the heart of orange and olive-growing country and you will discover hidden Spain. There's the magnificence of blue-tinged mountains and timeless images of 'pueblos blancos' or white villages like Mijas.

Discover the cities of Cordoba and Granada with their Moorish monuments of world significance, or historic Seville, home of flamenco, Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro. Almost equally famous are Malaga, birthplace of Picasso -his house now a museum-, C'diz, home of the Armada, and Ronda, where bull fighting began. It is easy to take in a bit of everything, even on a short visit, and sunshine is almost guaranteed!
