Arona Gran Hotel

The Arona Gran Hotel is very popular thanks to the relaxing atmosphere, good service and extensive facilities – it is highly recommended for those who wish to be near the main attractions. Set in gardens overflowing with plants, the hotel has lovely views of the old fishing port of Los Cristianos from the sun terraces around the three lagoon-style swimming pools, an area that can get crowded at busy times. 

Breakfast and evening meals are taken in the buffet restaurant, Las Vistas, whilst La Palapa serves delicious lunches and light snacks in an informal atmosphere. Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes can be enjoyed in the Lagos bar and there’s the relaxing piano bar and music and dancing until late in the Teide disco. The virtually traffic-free centre of Los Cristianos is little more than a 500 metre stroll and the nearest golf course is just 3 km. Note: Gentlemen have a minimum dress code standard of jacket and tie at gala dinner on New Year’s Eve.
