The accommodation itself is superbly furnished to a 5 star standard. Set on four levels, at the lower level there is ample parking for two cars, leading through to the lower floor of the townhouse which has either a home gym/cinema, games room, pool table or extra bedroom with adjoining bathroom* The ground floor is beautifully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, separate WC and spacious lounge with an indoor dining area.

Off the lounge is a wonderful ground floor terrace facing onto the pool. There are sun terraces on each floor, allowing sun bathing all day as well as privacy to enjoy a cool beer and read that book. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace. There are also a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has a penthouse double bedroom with terraces to front and rear with a staircase leading up to a private rooftop solarium, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif.
