A stylish, discreet and smallish hotel in attractive grounds, the Grand Hotel Residencia is set amid a palm grove within a short stroll of the famous sand dunes and fabulous beach. It is a member of ‘The Leading Small Hotels of the World’.

Its stylish accommodation is spread over seven Spanish-Moorish style villas in the sub-tropical gardens. At the heart of the complex lies a large pool, surrounded by spacious terraces, and facilities include a health and fitness centre with thalassotherapy treatments and a good range of amenities such as a gymnasium and tennis nearby. The 18-hole golf course of Maspalomas, just 10 minutes by car, offers reduced green fees. Cuisine is of an excellent standard, there are three barbecues a week. The piano bar has live music on several evenings. A jacket and tie are required in the restaurant and children may feel less comfortable at this property.
