The Jardín Tecina  Hotel occupies a spectacular cliff-top position above the ocean and tiny fishing village of Playa de Santiago on the southern coast of beautiful La Gomera.

Set in beautiful gardens, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with bedrooms in clusters of low-rise buildings in the lush, colourful grounds. Facilities include tennis courts, five swimming pools - one for children - fitness centre and Tecina Golf (18-holes par 71).

A lift descends to the excellent Laurel Beach Club with seawater swimming pool with poolside bar, barbecue, a highly reputed à la carte restaurant and a separate scuba diving centre.

Other activities include mini-golf and weekly botanical walks through its extensive grounds where guests discover many rare plants. The Health and Beauty centre offers massage, sauna and spa facilities (payable locally). There is a good choice of bars and restaurants and a varied entertainment programme.
