Widely considered one of the best hotels in the Marbella area, Los Monteros Hotel  has beautifully appointed public areas and bedrooms. Some 700 metres from the beach, it is set in sub-tropical gardens on the beachside of the ‘old’ road, about 5 km from Marbella centre.

The rooms, bars and lounges have all been stylishly redecorated in a contemporary style. Facilities include several pools (loungers and umbrellas by main pool free), and a luxurious beach club, La Cabane (small charge), where a lavish buffet lunch is presented every day. A fitness-centre, sauna, racket club and regular entertainment prevent guests from getting bored. Famous for its cuisine, the hotel's renowned à la carte El Corzo grill has recently been extended to allow guests romantic alfresco dining in fine weather; La Terraza is an informal alternative.
